INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL PROPELLER SHAFT ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Align the matchmarks on the propeller shaft flange and differential flange. |
(b) Align the matchmarks on the propeller shaft flange and transfer flange.
(c) Install the propeller shaft assembly with the 8 nuts.
Torque: 70 N·m (714 kgf·cm, 52 ft·lbf)
2. INSTALL TRANSFER HEAT INSULATOR

(a) Install the transfer heat insulator with the 3 bolts. Torque: 15 N·m (153 kgf·cm, 11 ft·lbf) |
3. INSTALL PROPELLER SHAFT HEAT INSULATOR
|
(a) Install the propeller shaft heat insulator with the 2 bolts. Torque: 30 N·m (306 kgf·cm, 22 ft·lbf) |
